In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:Lead all market and data analysis efforts for key commodities and finished goods, supported by the category procurement teamsFocus on short to medium term market intelligence efforts not limited to \xe2\x80\x93 global S&Ds, market recap, POV updated weekly for key commodities, usage of best-in-class external tools, supply and demand fundamental drivers etcLead all data crunching to analysis models to models interpretation resulting in short/medium/long term point of views for key categories.Own the research publications and analysis tools subscribed to support the role and business.Deepen and broaden our understanding of global and regional macroeconomic and industrial factors affecting the commodity categories that we purchase.Work with other Market Intelligence personnel from strategic planning and sales teams, from time to time, to collaborate on joint projectsDebate perspectives with peers, analysts, partners, and customers. Transform raw information into meaningful intelligence for decision making and planning.Participation in procurement digitalization and spend analysis projects when neededAny other ad-hoc activities as assigned by reporting managerRequirements:Specific Knowledge/Skills
