We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.As part of the Singapore Operations team, this role sits in the Omnicommerce & Strategic Projects team, where we own the growth of the Omnicommerce business lines such as Dine Out Deals. The team also manages the growth projects and long-term bets for Deliveries, from conceptualisation, strategizing and planning, all the way to execution.Get to know the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Associate / Assistant Manager, Omnicommerce & Strategic Projects. This role will be responsible for supporting the scaling and growth of Grab\'s Omnicommerce business in Singapore. You will be part of a lean and agile team setup, collaborating closely with other departments to drive P&L growth and achieve key performance metrics.The day-to-day activities:Business Management: Support the growth of the SG Omnicommerce business, ensure that business plans are executed properly and financial targets are achieved.Conduct Analyses & Developing Insights: Analyze business performance, user behavior, and competitive landscape to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions.Strategic Planning: Implement Grab SG\'s Omnicommerce strategy to meet the company\'s overall business objectives. Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer insights to drive user growth and revenue.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with counterparts from Sales and Business Development, Marketing, Merchant Operations, Product and other departments to align and execute on business objectives.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives and deliverables.Performance Tracking: Prepare and present regular reports on business performance and business plans to internal stakeholders.Product Development: Provide the Regional team with inputs to the design and improve our omnichannel solutions to ensure that they meet local customer needs and expectations.QualificationsThe must haves:A minimum of 3 years\' experience in consultancy, e-commerce, business development, or other related high-performing environments.Comfort with data and numbers, backed by robust analytical skills. SQL / Python skills would be a strong bonus.A structured approach to thinking and processes, with a keen eye for detail.High adaptability to changes, with the ability to pivot quickly from long-term strategic thinking to immediate tactical action.The ability to thrive under pressure and uncertainty.Excitement and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; all ready to hustle!Additional InformationLife at Grab
