An exciting opportunity awaits individuals passionate about eCommerce and who want to make a difference! You will be part of the marketing team in iShopChangi, Changi Airport\xe2\x80\x99s tax and duty-free online platform. You will lead 360 sales and marketing initiatives to maximise revenue, increase conversion, reduce churn and drive long-term engagement with buyers. Your role will cover growth strategy, category development and campaigns execution. If you have a passion for marketing, are adept at working with data, keen to collaborate with different stakeholders and have the drive to grow iShopChangi\xe2\x80\x99s non-travel (domestic) market footprint, this role might just be for you.

Lead, strategise and oversee end-to-end initiatives
  • Support overall strategy development and planning for sitewide campaigns to drive Non-Travel (Domestic) sales and buyer acquisition.
  • Develop, execute and evaluate new buyer acquisition initiatives to drive new buyers to purchase on iShopChangi.
Lead 360 campaigns
  • Drive the conceptualisation, planning and execution of innovative fully integrated, 360-marketing activities to achieve sales, conversion, and new buyer acquisition.
Manage stakeholders
  • Be a cross-functional leader who can engage and collaborate with internal teams to get buy in from across multiple stakeholders to drive overall strategy and goals.
  • Work with external creative agencies and internal teams to develop and manage all marketing collaterals including creative, copywriting and proofreading of materials.
  • Prospect strategic partnership opportunities, lead in promotion structuring and execution to drive brand awareness, acquire new buyers and increase sales.
Drive data utilisation & able to optimize marketing budget
  • Manage & monitor the overall budget for both Non-travel promotion and campaign teams to maximise marketing ROI for respective initiatives.
  • Manage platform CIR and P&L in order to maximise marketing budget and drive sales.
  • Derive data and key insights required to evaluate marketing initiative effectiveness, business growth and decision-making campaign performance and conduct accurate, detailed and timely analysis throughout

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 in e-commerce marketing or category management portfolio.
  • Experienced in developing and crafting campaign strategies with a proven track record of securing exponential sales and new buyer growth.
  • Penchant for sales data and marketing metrics
  • Able to derive actionable insights and communicate for stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 buy-in
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong experience in briefing and managing multiple creative and production agencies at any given point in time.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative with projects and anticipate issues of concern.
  • Positive attitude and able to work independently, but also collaborate as an effective team member iin sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Disciplined organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to forge partnerships.
  • Prior experience in digital campaign management and e-Commerce will be an advantage.
