Job Description


  • Assist in checking and reviewing of loan repayment and security documents.
  • Assist in checking trade finance related processing activities.
  • Assist in checking remittance related processing and documents.
  • Assist in checking AML related processing and documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processors for operational efficiencies.
  • Liaise and follow-up with Relationship Managers for submission of drawdown requests and other supporting documents.
  • Perform monthly MIS reporting on a timely basis.
  • Follow up on documentations and outstanding cases in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the daily operations are in compliance with the regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Assist in other duties as required by the team.

Job Requirements
  • Min Degree in any relevant discipline
  • Min. 3 years of experience and good knowledge of back office operations relating to corporate loans and trade finance.
  • Good team player and demonstrate ability to learn fast and perform well within minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task amongst various duties as and when required.
  • Candidate possess Trade Finance experience are most welcome to apply.
