Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking experienced Procurement Assistant Manager to join our team and manage our company\xe2\x80\x99s supply of products and services. Responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and expand our exisiting suppliers based. The Procurement Manager\xe2\x80\x99s duty is to discover the best ways to manage procurement expenses.

• Check requisitions for completeness and clarity. Obtain necessary missing information where required. Diplomatically instruct requisitioners or specifiers on what data is necessary to obtain good product.

• Shop for the best sources.

• Obtain and analyze bids in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Prepare purchase orders or other agreements as necessary and check them for accuracy and completeness before issuing.

• Review acknowledgements for agreement with purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies with the supplier to the best possible advantage for this organization.

• Follow-up or expedite orders as necessary to meet schedules.

• Keep the management team informed of all activities or problems and submit reports as requested by management.

• Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri \xe2\x80\x93 8am to 5.30pm

Salary:

• Up to $6000

Requirements:

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Have Bachelor Degree in an Engineering related field of study
• \xe2\x80\xa2 4 - 5 years of experience in Procurement with proven track records in leading and driving improvements projects
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Strength in project management skills and demonstrated ability to drive change management
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication and stakeholders management, able to influence and drive changes with operational and business stakeholders.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player preferably with cross-cultural skills.
