What the role is:Assistant Manager (Outreach) - 11.5 monthsWhat you will be working on:RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop strong partnerships with secondary schools \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and develop effective online and offline activities to engage with prospective students and educators \xe2\x80\xa2 Create marketing, publicity and content materials (EDMs, posters, infographics etc) to generate mindshare and awareness of TP target audiences \xe2\x80\xa2 Adopt a data-driven approach by leveraging on data to map out priority school lists, understand audience sentiment, needs and requirements (surveys, engagements etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate interest and drive sign-ups for outreach activities e.g. learning journeys. school engagements and relevant TP-wide events, courses, workshops and talks to secondary school partners, educators, prospective students and parents \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with TP schools and respective stakeholders to develop engagement activitiesWhat we are looking for:PREREQUISITES \xe2\x80\xa2 Qualification in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of work experience, with minimum 2 years of experience in communications and engagement \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in implementing and executing outreach and engagement activities from inception to execution \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of youth trends, engagement and marketing activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a collaborative attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well in a team-oriented work environmentAbout Temasek Polytechnic:Established in 1990, Temasek Polytechnic (TP) is a leading institution of high learning nestled by the idyllic shores of Bedok Reservoir in Tampines.
