What the role is:

This is an 11.5 months temporary contract role in the Academic Affairs Department.

What you will be working on:

1) Manage activities relating to the planning, administration, and processing of examination for full-time courses 2) Co-ordinate with academic schools on examination matters to ensure smooth administration of examination for full-time students 3) Assist in administration of subject exemptions and credit transfer for full-time courses 4) Assist in administration of course management for full-time courses 5) Maintain proper academic records of full-time students 6) Support examination-related events, projects and initiatives 7) Provide general administrative support and maintain proper documentation for the division

What we are looking for:

1) Tertiary qualification with experience in an administrative role 2) Meticulous, collaborative attitude and a good team player 3) Good communication (written and spoken), interpersonal, coordination and administrative skills 4) Able to prioritise and multi-task effectively within tight deadlines 5) IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint 6) Able to commit to the 11.5 months contract period
