Job Description

  • Support Senior Account Manager to analyse Community Care Partners' needs and identify opportunities for strategic growth and capability development * Serve as a key and preferred point of contact for Community Care Partners to help them naviga Support Senior Account Manager to analyse Community Care Partners' needs and identify opportunities for strategic growth and capability development Serve as a key and preferred point of contact for Community Care Partners to help them navigate through internal and external stakeholders Support and maintain oversight of Community Care Partners' implementation plan and depository of key information e.g. meeting notes, administration brief and fact sheet, to monitor/track their development Job Requirements: Degree in any discipline, preferably health and social sciences, or business studies Relevant working experience in healthcare, community care sector or service-related industry Preferably with experience in managing accounts or customer relations Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholders engagement skills Good analytical and writing skills Passion in engaging and supporting our Community Care Partners to succeed Those with less than 4 years of experience may be considered for Senior Executive position
