Payroll Administration
  • Handle the full spectrum of payroll for retail and corporate employees , both permanent and temporary, not limited to:
  • Extract information from attendance system for retail / office staff and overtime matters
  • Entry & Exit Employee records in TimeSoft System
  • Payroll tabulation and calculation
  • Check, verify and upload HR claims, allowances & Employee benefits input
  • Check, verify and pay last salary tabulation for resignees
  • Prepare, check and Bill Partners on Brand / Manpower cost billing
  • Prepare payroll summary & approval for Management
  • Prepare bank upload and bank listing
  • Prepare payroll SAP/Management report for Finance
  • E-payslip upload
  • Prepare salary breakdown for brand billing on a monthly basis
  • Monthly CPF and Foreign worker levy submission
  • Prepare Foreign Worker Levy balancing
  • Perform and review payroll reconciliation
  • Handle all payroll queries for both internal and external customers
  • Prepare annual income tax submission (IR8A and appendix 8A)
  • Check income tax clearance submission (IR21)
  • Support the Annual Wage Supplement and annual increment/performance bonus exercise
  • Check and verify submission of National Service make-up claim, maternity leave and child care leave claims
  • Maintain & ensure smooth operation of payroll system
  • Liaise with internal and external auditor on annual payroll audit
E-system administration and training
  • Implement and Rollout E-system (e-attendance, e-timesheet, e-leave and e-payslip)
  • Conduct e-module training to all level of employees
  • Maintain all e-modules
  • Attend & ensure execution of annual update training provide by the system providers
  • Administer annual leave system upload
  • Involve in system migration processes, system configuration, testing and UAT.
Payroll Report
  • Assist HR Director in preparation of salary related management reporting
Manpower Cost Billing
  • Ensure accurate billing to all brand partners on manpower costs
  • Act as 1st tier reply for billing enquiries with brand partners before the HR Director.
Other Duties
  • Any other payroll reporting duties as per assigned
