Job Description
The Strategic Planning Branch under the Planning & Programming Department within the Operator Management Division (OMD) handles the policy and contractual matters with the Operators of Socially-Conscious Enterprise Hawker Centres (SEHCs) and manages the tender projects to appoint operators for the management of these hawker centres.
:
You will manage tender projects to appoint operators for the management of hawker centres. You will be responsible for the following:
- Manage and coordinate tender projects to appoint operators for the management of hawker centres
- Prepare reports, submissions, and presentation materials to management and stakeholders as part of the tender process
- Prepare tender documents for tender publication
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth preparation of contractual documents and tender process
- Perform administrative work to achieve proper knowledge management of tenders and contract documents
- Assist in collation of information and report writing works relating to policy and contractual matters of the SEHCs
- Take on other responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time

\xc2\xb7 Excellent writing and presentation skills
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills
\xc2\xb7 Meticulous, with an eye for detail
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders
Working Arrangement: Mon to Fri Office Hours
Location: Toa Payoh
Salary: $18 to $23/hour (depending on qualifications)
Contract Period: 3 months
