Summary

\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bResponsible for Solarland 3 and OFPV solar farms O&M activities including the implementation of initiatives to improve performance and standardize best practice in O&M activities and processes, ensuring the highest quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the operation of Solarland 3 [60 MWp] and OFPV [5 MWp] understanding its conditions and periodic evolution for possible areas of improvement.

Monitor plant operations to ensure all systems are operating within expected conditions.

Provide data for the preparation of the budget for O&M activities, with the objective to maximize the profitability of the asset.

Conduct technical reporting of plants\' key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare HSE and related documents for work execution.

Coordinate and Implement O&M Procedures and Maintenance standard plans with Service contractors and ensure the implementation on site, to guarantee the maximum efficiency in the operation and maintenance of the assets according to EDPR standards.

Liaise and coordinate with HSE officers, subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics partners for timely work completion.

Manage O&M inventory to ensure key equipment and materials are available.

Manage equipment warranties.

Oversee contractual obligations and ensure adherence.

Fulfil the maintenance policies set by the management of all assets to achieve the objectives and optimize the cost-benefit balance.

Conduct quality assurance and quality checks on ongoing projects to ensure compliance with standards.

Support testing and commissioning activities for newly installed projects.

Continuous engagement with the relevant local authorities and Energy operators.

Requirements

\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b At least 3 years of experience in solar PV industry

\xe2\x80\x8bBachelor\'s degree of Engineering.

\xe2\x80\x8bDriving Licence.

\xe2\x80\x8bSpecific knowledge on solar PV technology, cost-benefit analysis, maintenance techniques, flow analysis, energy market regulator and monitoring operating parameters.

\xe2\x80\x8bWith relevant operation and maintenance experience in the region, either with established large scale energy producers or contractors in renewables

\xe2\x80\x8bUnderstanding of battery storage systems is an added advantage.

\xe2\x80\x8bWork at height certification.

\xe2\x80\x8bWillingness to work in a hot environment and perform office duties.

\xe2\x80\x8bValue alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation and with a spirit of excellence

\xe2\x80\x8bLanguages: English, Mandarin (preferred)
