Job Description

Job Purpose This role acts as a liaison between business users and IT teams; involved in requirement management and testing activities in the project delivery. The Job Requirement Management Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in requirement clarification sessions with business users and IT team to finalize requirements.
• Produce clear and complete documentation after each requirement clarification sessions, and ensuring all the action items are resolved timely.
• Participate in the review of solutions proposed by IT to ensure the proposed solutions align to requirements.
• Assist in the review of business specification documents.
• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date documentation for the project.

Testing Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users in developing a realistic test plan. This includes selecting and creating comprehensive data sets that are representative of actual conditions.
• Ensure that the agreed test plan is executed in a timely manner within the overall timeline. Ensure as many issues or defects can be discovered and resolved within an agreed timeline with IT.
• Report and communicate any gaps, potential high risk items or outstanding issues to the Section Head and business stakeholders timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT or Business or related disciplines
• At least 1 - 2 years in insurance domain, preferably with Business Analyst experience in Product Implementation or Operations related function
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders for positive results
• Ability to embrace changes, and work effectively in a team
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet work schedule
• Process positive can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 8 months Pay: Up to $5,000.00 per month Benefits:
