The Assistant Production & Logistics Manager assists the Production & Logistic Manager in the management of the Production department and Plant operation.
Responsibilities
To support Production Manager in leading Production & Logistics department to ensure safe and stable operation in Daily, GCM (grade change maintenance) and SDM (Shut down maintenance) operation and planning.
To follow up with Technical and Maintenance department on critical mechanical or E&I issues that impact plant safety, quality, and reliability.
To lead in managing the Local and Global CARs (Corrective Action Request) relating to Safety, Quality, Reliability and Stable operation matters under Production and Logistics department and manage to ensure CARs are well followed.
To lead and support capex related matters from Production team. Capex matters include planning, proposal, study, Hazop, commissioning and evaluation in each of the Capex planning phases.
To support and lead in new production grade trial operation with the trial planning, manpower arrangement, coordination with other various department and in house contractors to ensure smooth operation during the trial.
To assist or lead Global MOC relating to raw material planning, new specification changes, and packaging design changes.
To participate and support Production & Logistics Manager in providing information and evidence during HSEQ, Stable Operation, LQA, and Budget preparation, including to make investigation summary or report.
To undertake special assignments or projects as directed by the Production & Logistics Manager.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of related working experience in Production, Operations etc. in the Chemical industry.
