Responsible for the Property Management matters for the assigned portfolio
Provide customer focused property management services to both internal and external tenants
Implement preventive programmes for building related and/or M&E services
Regular inspection of grounds, facilities and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance
Attending to the service requirement of tenants
Facilitating with tenants and contractors in fitting-out/reinstatement/maintenance/upgrading works and ensure consistency and compliance with specifications and building regulations
Supervising technicians and service providers
Analyse technical issues and recommend solutions for building services
Management of soft services service providers e.g. cleaning, security to ensure performance standards are maintained.
Assist in reviewing term contract/tender specifications and preparing of annual operating and capital budget
Carpark management
Qualifications
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Drive to succeed and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
