Location : Central
Working Days: 5 Days, Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Flexible)
Salary Package: Starting salary per month depending on experience, AWS with VB, and Permanent Benefits + Mobile Allowance + 21AL
Job Scopes:
Manage and coordinate medium to large and/or complex Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects and Cyclical replacement works through all phases of planning design, permits and construction to ensure successful completion of projects.
Site project management by managing, coordinating, and developing staff and/or third-party project managers.
Consolidate users' and stakeholders' requirements, prepare project briefs, budgets and timeline.
Manage the procurement processes of sourcing service providers, pre-qualification, budget control, value engineering, contract award and in full compliance with corporate governance.
Ensure that assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule, meeting the business objectives and design guidelines.
Liaise with regulatory agencies when required to ensure that projects comply with legal requirements.
Responsible in developing concept design of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and construction management
Manage the consultants, making sure the processes and works are carried out in accordance with authorities' requirements and guidelines including liaising with relevant authorities for approval and completion certification (where applicable).
Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress on a regular basis.
Progress payment certification, defects management & final account.
Experience Requirements :
Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in MEP managing medium to large scale projects.
Minimum 5 years of corporate/developer and consultancy experience a pre-requisite.
Experience in developing concept design of Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing (MEP) systems, interfacing works between new & existing buildings, and MEP design & construction management.
Prior experience in ACMV design for Chiller plant (Water side) and AHU system (Air side) facilities c/w Smart technology and Digital transformation preferred.
Those with more years of experience will be considered for Senior positions.
