Job Description
:Position SummaryTo assist the department to manage the quality assurance function and achieve customer\xe2\x80\x99ssatisfaction.ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities
- Ensure all processes and procedures comply to Customer\'s Standards and GMP requirements.
- Lead and Drive Quality Awareness for team in WH/PA with plans.
- Lead and Drive for Quality Improvement and Root Cause Investigation for NCR/Customer Complaints to improve KPI performance.
- Lead GMP & GDP Audits for Production Assembly and Warehouse.
- Provide Quality Trainings for new/existing employees.
- Maintain the documentation of and conduct site training for all assigned SOP and WI.
- Maintain a detailed training plan for all staff and ensure that training is completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all relevant SOPs and WIs are adhered in assigned operations.
- Identify issues in efficiency and work on improvements.
- Staff performance management
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Preparation of various reports (KPI, GMP & GDP, etc)
- Other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
- Experience in ISO9001/GMP system.
- Experience in GMP/GDP/ISO audits.
- At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
- Diploma or degree within relevant field or similar working experience.
- Positive mindset.
- Leadership Skill.
- Able to multitask.
- Energetic to strive for improvement.
