Job Description
- Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in post-contract and procurement administration of fast-track projects
- Involve in project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payments and settlement of final accounts
- Maintenance of proper documentation
- Possess a Degree Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent with minimum 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience at managerial level in construction
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Have good knowledge of the market updates and construction cost trend
