- Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in pre-contract and procurement administration of fast-track projects
- In-charge of budgeting, cash-flow, costing, processing of claims, contract payments, and settlement of final accounts
- Maintenance of proper documentation
- Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent with minimum 5 years\' relevant experience at managerial level in construction
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Have good knowledge of the market updates and construction cost trend
