Responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of employee engagement and event strategies, programs and initiatives in alignment with organizational culture, goals and values.
Oversee entire event lifecycle, from initial concept development, execution, to post-event evaluation.
Create and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver smooth and high-quality events that meet business objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance engagement strategies and programs.
Ensure events are effectively promoted through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
Monitor the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
Prepare and present event reports, including financial summaries.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback and identify trends and areas for improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of events planning and management or related experience
Proven track record of success in event planning and management of large-scale events.
Excellent project management, organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
