Our client is one of the largest private real estate developers in Singapore. It has businesses in property development, retail, hospitality, and food and beverage brands in Asia and Australia.
Working Days: 5 Days, Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Flexible)
Salary Package: Starting salary per month depending on experience, AWS with VB, and Permanent Benefits + 18AL
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the P&L of the portfolio of the assets under management
Lead the Operations team in strategizing and implementing initiatives to enhance and preserve the asset value of each asset in the cluster.
Implement appropriate programs to ensure:
a. uninterrupted operations of all essential services such as utilities, air conditioning, fire protection & security
b. staff are fully trained and conversant in the maintenance and operations of fire and life safety systems
c. all service and preventive maintenance programs are carried out regularly and effectively
d. staff attends to service calls and work orders promptly and effectively
Prepare annual review of the Asset Plan for each asset in the portfolio and implement such plan as approved
Administer leases entered into with all tenants, handing over and taking possession of leased units, liaise and manage the respective tenants renovation process and tenant relationship management
Prepare annual Operational and Capital Expenditure ('Capex') budget and regular forecast including management reporting and competitor analysis
Experience Requirements :
Degree in Real Estate or Property Management
At least 15 years of relevant experience in property, retail and/or tenant management
Strong leadership skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Resourceful, energetic and passionate to drive initiatives
