Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Review and make improvements to the daily operational processes and procedures.
  • Keep track and review store inventory.
  • Supervise the Operation team and ensure that daily orders are done.
  • Coordinate orders arrangement between warehouse & retail.
  • Work with marketing & commercial team for managing products/promotion.
  • Assist with customers' complaints where needed.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Prerequisites
  • Diploma in any disciplines from recognized education institute
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Good team-player, but also able to work independently and under stress in fast pace environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word).
