Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review and make improvements to the daily operational processes and procedures.
- Keep track and review store inventory.
- Supervise the Operation team and ensure that daily orders are done.
- Coordinate orders arrangement between warehouse & retail.
- Work with marketing & commercial team for managing products/promotion.
- Assist with customers' complaints where needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Diploma in any disciplines from recognized education institute
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Good team-player, but also able to work independently and under stress in fast pace environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word).
