Job Description
Responsibilities
- Be up to date on market information and trends
- Be up to date on authorities’ regulations on residential, commercial and industrial sales
- Be part of the team in the project development and production of sales & marketing collaterals for the portfolio assigned
- Handle all sales related and showflat related items for the portfolio assigned
- Develop and carry out marketing plans, campaigns and strategies (including digital) to improve the sales for the portfolio assigned
- Handle leasing and marketing enquiries
- Source for new tenants that fit in the tenancy mix
- Handle all new lease negotiations, renewals and administration for the portfolio assigned
- Plan and manage advertising and promotion budget
- Build and maintain good relationship with vendors and real estate agents
Requirements
- Degree in real estate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Strong communication skill
- Good understanding on residential and mixed development marketing
- Proactive, self-motivated, good team player and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently
