Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Planning & Development, to develop the International MICE segment as well as supporting the Go-to-Market planning and initiatives across various business streams in the Sales & Experience Development department:

  • Co-create and own overall strategic Go-to-Market plans and initiatives across the respective business streams
  • Co-steer cross-functional collaboration across internal business units to ensure all-around alignment in the Go-to-Market process to achieve success from pre- to post-launch
  • Custodian of Sales-managed assets, from curation, maintenance to delivery
  • Lead the acquisition of Awards & Accolades for Sales & Marketing department
  • Generate and analyse insights through market benchmarking and deploy learning strategies on business trends and competitive intelligence analysis to formulate sales strategies
  • Implement and execute sales strategies to oversee the development of the International MICE segment, including monitoring of performances across all channels
  • Cultivate new business relationships with MICE intermediaries and industry trade associations to drive awareness to build up leads and conversion
  • Proactively initiate and ideate new MICE products and experiences with the Experience Development team to drive awareness, incremental visitation, and revenue
