Job Description


Your role sits within the Airport Community team where you will assist to grow the Non-Traveller Business by driving value capture of the Airport Community through various sales and marketing initiatives. This may include but not limited to eCommerce marketing, membership acquisition programs (physical / digital), promotional initiatives, events and various digital marketing experimentations.

You will work in a dynamic environment which promotes innovation and have extensive opportunities to collaborate with other teams for co creation and implementation. You will also be required to venture beyond your immediate roles and responsibilities to co support the team\'s broader mission as and when required.

To excel in this role, you have to be a goal-getter and strong team player. You should possess strong sales and marketing acumen. You will need to be highly creative, fast paced, able to multi-task and be comfortable with sales targets and a ROI-based marketing environment.

At the functional level, you will be involved in the following:

  • Sales & Marketing Activations - Plan and Execute online/offline activations, events and campaigns to drive strategic initiatives of our Changi Rewards Staff Program (CRSP) across the channels of Airside, Landside and iShopChangi.
  • Tenant Engagement and Partnerships - Be the main liaison with the Concession Operations team looking after tenants, to implement, enforce and regulate Airport Community initiatives with tenants. Additionally, to drive value to the airport community by conceptualizing and implementing initiatives, campaigns and promotions in collaboration with tenants.
  • Staff Perks Portal Custodian - Further grow and develop the Staff Perks Portal in the Changi App to drive sales, value capture and staff experience of the Airport Community. Additionally, to oversee the monetization of this platform in future.
  • Experimentation - Develop and execute experimental marketing campaigns that challenge the status quo and push the envelope to drive topline performance and maximise ROI. Embrace the unknown and leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Project Management - Partner with our tech teams to plan the roadmap of features and functions on our web and app platforms to further the team\'s objectives.

Requirements:

Degree Holder with 4 to 6 years of sales/marketing experience

Exposure in retail (offline / online) businesses will be a plus

Fluency in English, written & spoken

Fluency in Project Management & Presentation Preparations

Able to work independently with high initiative, drive and determination to succeed

Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Strong stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from data.

Proven track records in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Enthusiasm for tackling challenges head-on and driving innovation.

Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced and changing landscape.
