Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to be part of the Airport Capacity Planning team to analyse, plan and optimise airport capacity to support flight, passenger and freight growth at Changi Airport.

As an individual with strong data analysis, data visualisation and stakeholder management capabilities, you will build deep competency in CAG\'s various data sources and work closely with our operational teams to analyse Changi\'s terminal and airside capacity. You will play an important role to drive various initiatives to optimise the efficiency of airport operations and maximise the use of airport capacity.

By running and interpreting data analysis and simulations , you will be a key enabler of strategic decisions around airport capacity enhancements, airline allocations, slots management and operations optimisation to shape the future of Changi Airport. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including airlines, government agencies and airport partners to manage airport capacity within the aviation ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Good Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research or related disciplines, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with airport planning/operations, ground handling operations and experience in analytical and simulation software (e.g. CAST and ArcPORT) will be a plus.
• Excellent data analytical capabilities and quantitative skills. Programming know-how will be advantageous. Experience in using SQL and/or Python to build mathematical modelling is a plus.
• Strong communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Motivated team player and able to handle fast-paced projects.
• Strong learner with the willingness to contribute to different aspects of planning.
