Assistant Manager/ Senior Associate, Strategy & Performance, EDEB

The Enterprise Digital Ecosystem & Business Division (EDEB) oversees and drives the Changi Airport digital ecosystem and transformation journey with the aim of delivering a cohesive omni-channel experience to the Changi customers. The Strategy & Performance section in EDEB is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a passion in driving digital transformation and performance excellence, who can support the team to harmonize digital projects across the enterprise and manage their inter-dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and coordinate digital projects and strategies for enhancing CAG\'s digital ecosystem and omni-channel customer journeys.
• Coordinate projects across internal teams and subsidiaries to optimize value for the digital ecosystem.
• Work with stakeholders to explore new technologies and identity new partners to co-develop digital solutions.
• Market and administer funding of digital products within CAG
• Develop, monitor and analyze digital ecosystem performance measures, and work with stakeholders to identify gaps and plans to improve performance
• Serve as the secretariate for regular management meetings to facilitate digital ecosystem discussions.
• Organize adhoc events to promote the digital ecosystem.
• Coordinate annual workplan and budgeting exercise.
• Provide administrative support to the Division, including expenditure tracking.

• Good Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business / Business Administration / Information Technology with at least 2 years\' of work experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagements and project management skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, meticulous and a good team player; able to multi-task effectively.
• Analytical, with good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Agile and able to adapt quickly; comfortable to operate in a high-growth digital business where change is constant
• Prior experience in the e-commence, digital and technology field would be an advantage, with a strong interest in digital transformation and trends
