DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Catalogue Discovery

RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the FairPrice Digital Business team, we are continuously improving the way people buy their groceries online, to bring the best experience to our customers. Your role will consist of Working on impactful initiatives that will enable our customers to search, browse and explore our product catalogue seamlessly, directly impacting customer’s experience & satisfaction. You will also interact closely with various business partners (product tech, data science, UX design & research, e-merchandise, marketplace etc.) and manage a small team of 3 people.

  • Initiate, plan and execute data-driven strategies with the goal to improve product discovery and search relevancy
  • Work in close collaboration with the data science and product team to optimize search & browse algorithms results
  • Work in close collaboration with the performance marketing team to optimize SEO ranking through content strategy
  • Ensure the structure of our product catalogue categories match our shoppers buying missions and stay relevant to our growing assortment
  • Develop sets of product complex attributes with the goal to improve search results, enhance user personalization or improve filter relevance
  • Design dashboards to enable data visibility for the catalogue and content team
  • Conduct analysis and provide actionable insights with the goal to improve performance of key metrics such as add-to-cart rate, click through rate, average click position etc.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, business management or 3 years of professional experience in one of the following fields: E-commerce, FMCG, CPG, management consulting
  • Background in start-up environment is preferred
  • Exceptional analytical skills; proven experience managing large amounts of data, including experience in SQL; knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio) and knowledge of R / Python languages are a plus
  • Experience in business analytics and project management
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn are the most important!
