Job Description

Responsibilities:Plan, monitor, track and control ship\'s Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) activities, in consultation with Squadron.Plan, manage and track ship\'s MRO expenditures, spares and materials utilization.Manage direct customers (i.e. ship, SREC).Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. IWF, yard, contractors) on the ship\'s MRO requirements, ensure quality work is done safely and completed on time.Coordinate lifting services to support ID and/or refit.Lead and build up database of internal defect investigations, fault diagnosis and defect trend analysis.Manage improvement or new business exploration projects undertaken by the office.Take on secondary roles to support the day-to-day operations of the office, such as (but not limited to) matters related to commercial, security, engineering, reporting, SAP, audits, QPMs, secretary of meetings, etc.Assist Manager (Operations) to manage the office effectively and efficiently, in order to meet requirements of existing contracts, and provide support in any exploration of new business areas. His responsibilities include but not limited to:Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.Coordinate, de-conflict and optimise requirements and resources of the Engineering Support Team, Material Support Team and Maintenance Order (MO) Processing Team to support the Superintendents to meet contractual requirements.Reporting Officer (RO) for Engineering Support, MO Processing and Material Support Teams to ensure staff enrichment and development.RequirementsMinimum Degree or Diploma or their equivalentPosses at least 8 years of relevant experienceDeep technical knowledge of vessels * Possess Supervise Safety Instruction for Ship Repair Manager Certificate

• Computer literate, with Microsoft Office skills/abilities
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Willing to work late and on weekend when required
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment., outcome driven, organized and strong team orientation.

• Location: Pioneer Sector
• Transport expenses to and fro reimbursable on monthly basis
• 5 days work week
• Working Hours: 7.45am-5pm
