Responsibilites

• To oversee and manage ship repair projects, through effective coordination of internal and external resources. Prepare and monitor KPI\'s such as that safety, quality and delivery of the work are maintained within the requirements of each project and the Company\'s overarching policies and procedures.
• To manage ship major refit programme with yard ship repair manager and productions. To monitor and ensure timelly delivery of ship with regard to the refit tasks.
• To manage adhoc, unforeseen, urgent work such as perform corrective maintenance work for ship so as to minimize the down time of the ship operational readiness.
• To manage consigned spares for Martime Security and Response Vessels. To ensure adequacy of inventory by having timely replenishment or new purchase for both corrective and preventive maintenance works, and planned maintenance programme.
• Management of MSRV consigned spares, ensuring adequacy of inventory for both CM and PM.

• Degree in Marine / Mechanical / Naval Architecture Engineering
• Possess Supervise Safety Instruction for Ship Repair Manager Certificate
• Possess 5 to 7 years\' experience in similar capacity from marine industries
• Computer literate, with Microsoft Office skills/abilities
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Willing to work late and on weekend when required
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment., outcome driven, organized and strong team orientation.

• 5 days work week
