Correspond with applicants and employers regarding applications Review and manage accreditation and registration policies Provide secretariat support for Board/Council and committee meetings Handle enquiries and update medical practitioners database Requirements: Fresh graduates welcome; experience in regulatory, policy, or administrative work is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident demeanor Critical thinking, data analysis, and customer relationship management skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Self-motivated, positive attitude, and team player Proficient in Microsoft Office Hourly Rate: Diploma (3-5 yrs exp) $13.64 | Degree $20.77 Duration/ working hours: 6 months contract (Immediate) Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-6:00pm Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm ** We regret to inform only shortlisted candidates will be notified
