What the role is:As part of Sentosa Development Corporation\'s (SDC) Strategic Communications & Public Relations team, you will play a key role in the development and management of earned media and influencer programme, as well as in the management of key communication messages for stakeholders such as island stakeholders. Look forward to being in a fast-paced environment, as you work with your team members and the Head of Department to strategise communication approaches to enhance Sentosa\'s position as a leading leisure destination, as well as to showcase SDC\'s industry and thought leadership.What you will be working on:With strong knowledge of emerging social content trends, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining long-term brand relationships with influencers and creators on digital platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be required to help in maintaining strategic corporate communications across platforms such as LinkedIn and the corporate website. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with other teams to secure meaningful coverage across target influencers to achieve optimum brand awareness among Sentosa\'s target audiences through creative content and dedicated campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 This role will also require you to develop impactful narratives and compelling content to pitch SDC\'s initiatives to mainstream media, trade and online media, including hosting media familiarisation tours and managing media queries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Together with the department, you will also be required to pre-emptively identify potential issues and undertake crisis communications. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be involved in the development of corporate communications and publications such as SDC\'s corporate website, Annual Report, Sustainability Report and media monitoring reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 The role will require you to liaise with various stakeholders, including fellow public agencies and the island\'s business establishments, in the development of communication strategies. You will also have opportunities to be involved in cross-divisional projects.What we are looking for:Relevant Bachelors degree, such as in Mass Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 4 years\' relevant experience, preferably including PR agency experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Versatile and creative, with experience in influencer management and passion in social media \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong writing and language skills; being bilingual will be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently while being a good team player with strong interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in tourism or hospitality is advantageous, but not mandatoryAbout Sentosa Development Corporation:Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) was established on 1 September 1972 as a Statutory Board under the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
