o Monitor and evaluate business performance against organisational priorities.
o Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Strategy and Corporate Development:
o Support the development of strategic plans and identify growth opportunities through:
\xef\x82\xa7 Market research.
\xef\x82\xa7 Competitive analysis.
\xef\x82\xa7 Monitoring key industry developments.
o Research for corporate initiated projects, such as portfolio optimisation and scanning
Sustainability:
o Assist with compliance-related activities for Sustainability, including:
\xef\x82\xa7 Educating the organization about Sustainability-related regulations.
\xef\x82\xa7 Performing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting.
General Support:
o Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
o Tracking of the Company\'s Balanced Score Card and Management Score Card.Skills & Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and a team player
