Job Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to the sales and project teams with project management duties
Manage international shipments and local deliveries efficiently
Process customer orders accurately and timely
Procure materials both locally and overseas
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Job Requirements:

Hold a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Business Management &/or Engineering
Minimum of 5 years\' experience in a purchasing role (construction industry experience preferred)
Possess good knowledge of Electrical/Electronic Engineering (an advantage)
Will be provided with product training
Work at Ubi location
Work 5 days per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm
