Job Summary:

• Company background: Japan MNC Appliances, Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing
• Working location: North Singapore
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8AM - 5.30PM)
• Salary range: up to SGD 4500 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB + $70 meal allowance
• Pick up transport will be provided at designated points.

Primary Responsibilities

• Effectively and continuously explore initiative and implement programs to improve quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and process improvements.
• Lead a team of Executives/Officers and operational staff in handling daily purchasing and warehousing operation to ensure that customer delivery schedules are met so as to provide customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for customer audit and complaint relating to purchasing and logistics operation.
• Responsible for implementing effective supply chain practices.
• Manage 3rd party logistics warehouse operation and logistics supplier.
• Responsible to meet operational key performance indicators.
• Relevant knowledge in ISO9000, IATF16949 and ISO14001 and ISO45001 will be advantage.
• Experience in implementing Kaizen and Cost Control Management will be added advantage.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, including advance level in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot etc.) will be added advantage.
