The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesTechnical Services Assistant Manager (Vehicular Section) responsible for assisting to oversee the day-to-day operations of Mandai Wildlife Group vehicles fleet of trams, buggies, and commercial vehicles (lorries/vans). Personnel to ensure that all vehicles are promptly maintained and repaired, when necessary.Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily maintenance activities.Maintain proper documentations and maintenance records, ensure records are updated for vehicle status reporting.Provide guidance, solutions, and supervise the maintenance and repair works in the fleet (inclusive but not limited to electric trams, electric buggies, electric vehicles).Able to guide and conduct technical training for the team.Develop preventive maintenance plans and safe work procedures for electric vehicles and its related supporting equipment.Assist in maintaining updated inventory for spare parts and tools.Work closely with procurement team to source, and develop contracts for spare parts, and supporitng equipment maintenance.Build a collaboration work environment that values teamwork, open communication, and cooperation among the team, resulting in improved vehicle operations and overall work efficiency.Job RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical or higher.Minimum 4 years of relevant and supervisory experience.Experience in SAP or Maintenance ManagementProficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and PowerApps.Knowledge in Workplace Safety and Health Regulations.Knowledge in Developing Risk Assessment Programme (BizSafe Level 2).Strong Technical SkillsStrong Diagnostic and Fault-Finding SkillsGood Attitude, Time-Consious Individual, Proactive and good team player.Specialization : Technical Services
