Job Responsibilities * Provide support to the sales team including but not limited to areas of contracts preparation, administrative, systems, procurement-related matters and ad-hoc projects. * Preparation of new/renewal/addendum of legal contr Job Responsibilities Provide support to the sales team including but not limited to areas of contracts preparation, administrative, systems, procurement-related matters and ad-hoc projects. Preparation of new/renewal/addendum of legal contracts, circulars and bulletin Coordination with Finance on commission-related matters Ensure smooth on-boarding of Agents into various systems, including account set up In charge of the general administration including office supplies, training coordination Work with 1-2 Online Travel Agents/Platforms, ecommerce marketplaces and other Travel & Tourism e-commerce players to market and distribute RWS products Periodic monitoring and desk top research, as required Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in either business or hospitality/tourism Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills Possesses good time management skills and multitasking ability. Prior experience of working with Online Travel Agents and/or ecommerce marketplaces will be an advantage Knowledge in MS Office especially MS Word and Excel, with aptitude to learn new systems/software Proficient in Mandarin, able to read and translate is an advantage Prior experience in Opera PMS is an advantage
