:

The Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager is to support a brand cluster, mainly Tom Ford & By Kilian, in TR APAC.

He/ She will assist the Visual Merchandising Manager on VM priorities of the brand portfolio.

The role is to partner internally with brand marketing, sales team and external vendors/ partners to drive excellence in execution within TR APAC permanent counters and promotional event sites. The key focus is on ensuring the brand equity is delivered in the highest level and design language is applied consistently across the Regional Travel Retail sites/locations.

This role is based in Singapore & is located within the Asia Pacific Travel Retail division. This role reports to the TR APAC VM Manager.

• To continually support & drive quality for the Emerging brand VM & equity for TR APAC.

• To ensure quality reviews & guidelines to deliver on VM production work for TF KL DA TR APAC.

• To leverage & partner with VM team network across for other brands.

Deliverables:

1. VM Guidelines (VMG) & Execution for Launches

i. Assist VM Manager in developing TR APAC VMG

ii. Support briefings/ communications with FVM & Sales teams, to ensure quality execution of Launches.

iii. Lead timely orderings of Global VM Offerings for Launches through GMW system.

iv. Support local production of VM Launch Props when needed.

v. Ensure upkeep of VM Allocation Files & Planograms for all locations, post-strategy updates.

vi. Manage PO release of OPEX costs through SAP system.

2. VM Planograms & Execution for Store Opening

i. Support development & reviews of New Store Planograms with VM Manager.

ii. Lead VM Orderings & VM Estimated Cost updates upon Design Lock, to ensure timely Store Openings.

iii. Manage PO release of OPEX/ CAPEX costs through SAP system.

3. Lightbox Planning & Release for launches

i. Support VM Manager on lightbox execution after Marketing alignments on Launch Priorities & Lightbox Cadences.

ii. Work with regional vendor on Color-proofing, Cropping & Layout Approvals prior to installation for all locations.

iii. Ensure quality production & accurate installation is completed with FVM team.

4. TR Events/ Promotions for various standard sites across

i. Support VM manager in design development of HPP/SPP Requests based on Global Event Design Guidelines.

ii. Brief suppliers on technical, production & planogram requirements to ensure accurate & timely executions.

iii. Support VM orderings/ local production for each HPP/SPP Requests.

Qualifications

• Leverages interpersonal & communication skills to interact with multifunctional team members.

• Has excellent organizational skills & proactive in gathering information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in design-related fields or Bachelor in Fine Arts preferred

• Excellent written, presentation & communication skills

• Experience working & executing projects in fast-paced organization/ environment

• Keen interest & passion for the beauty industry business & lifestyle products

• Knowledge of computer programs including, Adobe Suite, Microsoft office

• Knowledge of CAD/ Vectorworks/ SketchUp will be an advantage

• Good command of both written & spoken English is necessary. Good command of spoken Mandarin is an advantage
