Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily warehouse/logistics operations to ensure a smooth-running operation. Collaborate in establishing work schedules and ensure effective job assignments. Maintain compliance with workplace safety and health regulations Lead the team to achieve the department's KPI goals. Ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities. Provide on-the-job training to team members for each customer account, monitor their performance, and maintain current Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain a clean, organised and secure work area while promoting a safe working environment. Manage inventory accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly inventory reconciliation, inventory analysis and related reports. Address customer complaints and issues promptly.

Requirements



Diploma Holders with minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics Good leadership skills Strong organizational and time management skills Good written and oral communications skills Proven experience in Warehouse operations Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams Hands-on and proactive approach * Familiarity with SAP is preferred
