Job Description



Position is responsible for digital strategies and operations. Key duties include web transformation, optimisation of user journeys and experience, go-to-market web initiatives, reporting performance and leading team to success. The successful candidate will have to work across varying levels of business leadership and departments for alignment and deliver projects that attain business goals under aggressive deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adopt and execute Company's product / project management methodology, tools and techniques and ensure adherence to security, regulatory and architectural aspect including business needs and priorities
  • Participate, support, and provide the relevant product related information and representation in internal and external meetings
  • Work closely with other product owners to collaborate, communicate and considerate of products, features, and backlog
  • Assess associated risks relating to the products, its roadmap and come out with a proactive measure to avoid and mitigate
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and opportunities, advise stakeholders accordingly to align with business goals effectively
  • Able to clearly communicate the requirement and bridge the gap between the technical and business users
  • Have an ability to prioritise business requirements shared/stated by the business user
  • Improve the efficiency of web functions and set operational processes
  • Improve organic search rank through upkeep of SEO (search engine optimisation) and SERP (search engine results pages); work closely with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to deliver sustainable rankings
  • Oversees and ensure posted content and materials are timely, accurate, maintaining required standards
  • Govern and uphold the library of corporate brand guidelines, best practises, and processes
  • Conducts complete and effective troubleshooting in UAT (user acceptance test)
  • Provide guidance and manage teams' resources
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree computer science, information and communication technology, information technology, mass communications, creative media, or a related study
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Methodology
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture
  • Knowledge of SEO practices and user-centred principles
  • Knowledge in using headless CMS, Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics)
  • Proficiency in the use of Analytics and A/B testing tools
  • Knowledge in project management and design tools (Jira, Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Cloud)
Experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in relevant field
  • Technical aptitude, critical thinking abilities, and adaptability
  • Understands digital landscape with foresight of trend and technologies
  • Possess leadership qualities to guide, groom individual progression and lead the team to success
  • Strong grasp of information architecture and user experience best practices
  • High performer who delivers under pressure and aggressive deadlines to meet business objectives
  • Excellent oral and written communication, with presentation skills to deliver information to diverse audiences
