Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities Ensure smooth and efficient running of Business Development Department which includes the following: 1. BANQUETING

• Ensures that the team deliver and provide exceptional guest service at all times

• Marketing and promotion of M.I.C.E facilities with the aim of maximizing revenue.

• Work closely with the Operations Department on the overall success of the club events and the satisfaction of events guests.

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• To source, establish, maintain and strengthen relationship and rapport with existing and new tenants and merchant partners

• Development of new affiliate Clubs

• Develop affiliate marketing, prospecting and securing partnership collaborations

• Develop exclusive club privilege or benefit as an anchor incentive for potential members to join the club

• Plan and co-ordinate outreach activities such as events, road shows etc

• Recruit and source for new merchant partners as part of growing membership benefits

3. Others

• Budget management

• Lead, supervise and coach a team of staff

• Secretariat support to committee

• Performs any other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Mass communication /marketing or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managerial position and preferably in Club /Hospitality Industry

• Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting

• Passion for service and have initiative and creativity in meeting customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectation

• Motivated, independent, and passionate individual with a cheerful disposition

• Good presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal

• Highly proficient in Ms Office, Adobe Illustrator /CANVAS is essential

• Possess a proven track record in creating and delivering successful work experience in a similar capacity
