Job scope:
- Complete opening &/or closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
- Acknowledge and achieve performance goals and objectives defined by management;
- Provide support as needed in various position;
- Ensure food and beverages are done with quality & timing and meet the customer satisfaction.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment.
- Ensure that all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations.
- Maintain safe working conditions.
- To comply to SFA food hygiene guidelines at all time.
- Recruit, train and manage operation staff.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager
- Preferably Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Team spirit and good customer service
- 6 working days and willing to work on weekend and PH
- Working hour from 2pm to 11pm (1 hour break)
- Minimum 1 year experience is preferred.
- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
