Job scope:
  • Complete opening &/or closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
  • Acknowledge and achieve performance goals and objectives defined by management;
  • Provide support as needed in various position;
  • Ensure food and beverages are done with quality & timing and meet the customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment.
  • Ensure that all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations.
  • Maintain safe working conditions.
  • To comply to SFA food hygiene guidelines at all time.
  • Recruit, train and manage operation staff.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager

  • Preferably Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
  • Team spirit and good customer service
  • 6 working days and willing to work on weekend and PH
  • Working hour from 2pm to 11pm (1 hour break)
  • Minimum 1 year experience is preferred.
  • Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
