The Integrated Health Promotion (InHealth) team within MOHT envisions a Healthy Singapore where everyone is able to achieve & sustain physical, mental & social wellbeing. Within InHealth, the Mental Health and Wellness team develops innovative programmes and digital initiatives which can strengthen mental wellness and resilience of the population. This is achieved through empowering individuals to gain knowledge on stress and coping strategies, adopt good self-care and self-help habits, and seek appropriate and timely professional help when needed. Together with the MOHT Data, Science, and Technology (DST) Team, we adopt an agile approach using rapid and continuous build-measure-learn cycles that identify, develop, deliver and adapt technology to improve health outcomes.
The candidate will be part of the InHealth team that looks at marketing analytics, indicators tracking and product UX/UI development. The candidate will help MOHT leadership and programme managers in leading growth marketing efforts to user growth and engagement with our healthcare transformation projects. The candidate will promote the brand, products and services of mindline.sg - a Singapore-developed stress management and coping website that consolidates access to many local and carefully-selected resources with a wellbeing self-assessment tool. Asides from working with external agencies, the core duties include managing mindline.sg’s growth marketing strategy and efforts, planning and executing campaigns, analyzing success metrics, and identifying user behavioural trends.
The candidate will be also be involved in creating a detailed roadmap to drive the overall delivery of mindline.sg projects from a Customer Experience (CX) viewpoint, by focusing on key messaging, user experience and provide input towards marketing strategy and tactics.
Duties:

  • Plan and drive marketing campaigns and channel monitoring, and work with cross-functional team members (in marcomms, product, partnerships and tech) to sustain positive UX and increase user adoption and satisfaction with mindline.sg’s products, services and initiatives
  • Drive work with creative & branding agencies to create brand assets for mindline.sg and manage media buy agencies (SEO, SEM, Social, Native Ads) to execute growth marketing campaigns targeted at population-wide usage and awareness in the digital space
  • Analyse growth marketing campaigns via tracking tools (e.g. GTM) and in-house/commercial analytics dashboards to optimise spend and performance of each campaign focusing on marketing goals and acquiring target users in B2B/B2C space
  • Co-lead in mindline.sg’s efforts in establishing community-based approaches and sector partnerships in designing and co-creating solutions in healthcare, including assessing end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, identifying critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizing user funnels
  • Provide marketing and communications support (copywriting of collaterals, simple design and layout) and support the department’s stakeholder engagement efforts
Job Requirements:
  • Strong degree in Marketing, Business or Communications with extensive knowledge of cross-channel and account based marketing strategies/ tactics
  • Ideally 5 years’ of experience in performance marketing and B2B2C project management
  • Strong operational knowledge in growing audience engagement in leading social media channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Telegram etc, in addition to skills in advertising, copywriting and content creation
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Good interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable with presenting to stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and/or understanding of strict user privacy policies (PII) will be beneficial
  • Proficient in marketing research and data analysis is highly favourable
  • Working knowledge of Design Thinking / UI/UX is highly favourable
