Assistant Manager/Manager, Business Development - The Celebrity Agency

Job Responsibilities

• Source and engage with new partners and clients to develop business strategies for the artiste business.
• Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, competitor analysis, and build relationships with new clients
• Cold calls as appropriate and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
• Helping to identify opportunities for new business/revenue ideas that will enhance the artiste business.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer innovative solutions.
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential partners and clients.
• Assist in the TCA strategic planning process.
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest trend and news in the entertainment industry.

Job Requirements

• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines.
• Experience in preparing presentations/papers.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
• Possess strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with sponsorships is an asset.
• Ability to network well with potential clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint. Knowledge in video filming and editing is a plus.
• Self-driven, proactive, and independent team player with a positive attitude.
• A Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Entrepreneurial and good business initiative with a minimum 5 years of business development/marketing experience.
