Job Description

What the role is:

You will be a part of the team to drive the strategic and corporate planning process in JTC. In the course of your work, you will need to work closely with JTC\'s senior management, as well as peers from various ministries and statutory boards, to achieve the above outcomes.

What you will be working on:

The team\'s responsibilities include: \xe2\x80\xa2 conducting environmental scans to identify and analyse key emerging trends, and assess their impact on JTC\'s business operations; \xe2\x80\xa2 facilitating the setting of organisation strategies and priorities in response to changes in operating landscape; \xe2\x80\xa2 reviewing and monitoring the organisation\'s key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets; \xe2\x80\xa2 driving and shaping initiatives across functional groups for alignment towards shared corporate goals; \xe2\x80\xa2 communicating organisation\'s strategies and initiatives to staff through organising town hall events, organising of awards and other communication channels; \xe2\x80\xa2 curating and facilitating leadership at Board for effective governance and oversight; \xe2\x80\xa2 serving as the point of contact with Ministry of Trade & Industry for coordinated agency efforts within and across ministries.

What we are looking for:

Relevant experience or a keen interest in strategic/corporate planning, industry analysis and current affairs. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
