Job Description

What the role is:You will support Enterprise Cluster Group in periodic review and improvement of tenancy procedures and processes, management and monitoring of KPIs. You will work on planning & improvement initiatives for existing systems and workflow.What you will be working on:The job mainly involves allocation, planning and marketing of properties; processing allocation, renewal and tenancy termination applications; administration of tenancy matters; handling customer feedback; and overseeing a team of operational support staff. You will manage and oversee the frontline counter services and call centres and ensure timely and effective customer service delivery.What we are looking for:Background in Real Estate, Building /computer science/ data analytics or the equivalent, with excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated aptitude for customer service. You should be a team player, self-driven and able to work independently under pressure and within tight deadlines.About JTC Corporation:Master planner. Developer.
