What the role is:

A Driver For Change JTC is the forerunner for Smart Facilities Management and has been appointed as the Centre of Excellence for Facilities Management (FM) to provide FM advisory to other public sector agencies.

What you will be working on:

Digitalisation and innovation is key in transforming FM. To do so, we are looking for individuals with a passion and knowledge for digital solution implementation and strategic planning. You will be part of a dynamic team that takes a proactive approach in driving technology enhancement to support and improve productivity for operations, develop and implement solution for improved management oversight as well as partner development and management. As a driver for change, success in the role will be demonstrated by resilience and your ability to thrive in uncharted waters. Responsibilties \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse building data to derive insights and predictions for effective interventions by JTC\'s Facilities Management (Operations) team \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage multi-data sources and platforms, applying analytics to identify co-relations \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to establish and review IT architecture, standards, design and implementation approaches of existing and future systems used for facility monitoring, management and workflows \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement new technology, systems and applications to improve facility operation productivity for JTC\'s developments \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep in pace with the latest data management and analytics tools and methodology

What we are looking for:

• Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent (eg. Project & Facilities Management/Building, Engineering, etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Interest in data analysis and management \xe2\x80\xa2 Interest in IT project planning and implementation \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work well in teams to drive outcomes \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with IoT Architecture \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with either OPC, Modbus, BACnet, DALI, DMX, LoRA or DSRC will be a bonus
