You will drive engagement and maximise gifts from key donation streams, including appeals and regular giving. This includes creating campaign concepts and copy, stewardship of specific audiences, and coordinating data segmentation & touchpoints, to sustain the organisation's long-term development and growth. You thrive in analysing data, are competent in using digital fundraising platforms, and are personally enthusiastic about creating refreshing fundraising and stewardship content to enhance our donor's giving journey. You will be situated in the Resource Mobilisation Team, part of SLEC's Communication and Partnerships department and report to the Assistant Director, Communication and Partnerships. Collaborating with the communications specialists, you will craft and manage individual giving programmes and activities, generating one-time, regular and recurring gifts through channels such as direct mail appeals, donor newsletters (print and digital), donation pages and online giving platforms, digital acquisition/lead generation through social media, and partnerships with third party agencies. Responsibilities . Work with the department's leadership to co-create the strategy for growing and renewing the donation sources across the individual giving streams. . Implement and manage the suite of fundraising programmes involving individual giving, and achieve the annual targets agreed upon. . Increase levels of donor engagement and stewardship. Develop and implement a regular giving and stewardship programme, involving direct mail, digital media, and future ideas. . Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants and agencies who support communications, digital and marketing activities to produce strong and compelling fundraising materials for a wide range of media. . Prepare income and expenditure reports for each activity area and interpret data to measure effectiveness and return on investment. . Manage administrative matters pertaining to the team's work, prepare the teams' annual budget, quarterly forecasts for individual giving income and monthly reports on performance against targets. . Provide expertise and guidance on all matters relating to tax benefits, managing the administrative processes related to the tax deductions on donations. . Ensure good data protection practices and risk management policies are adhered to and implemented. . To perform any other tasks as requested by the Director and Assistant Director Skills and Attributes . A Bachelor's Degree, from a recognised university. . Minimum 4 years of fundraising experience, with evidence of results in the areas of donor acquisition, engagement, and retention. . Knowledge of fundraising, philanthropy, and Singapore's charity sector . Competence in a suite of fundraising functions and tools - direct mail appeals, digital fundraising, third-party partnerships, events etc. . Proven ability in content creation, adept at crafting messages for each audience segment . Experienced in using CRM databases, presentation tools, CMS for websites. . Mature organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks independently. . Trustworthy, able to handle important and confidential information . Agile and adaptable, willing to be entrusted with added duties for the organisation
