We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global services organisation to appoint a Rewards Assistant Manager into the Group Rewards function based in Singapore. Reporting into the Global Head of Reward directly, in this newly created role, this individual and will be responsible for managing compensation, benefits, and HR data analytics end-to-end in a broad role as part of a collaborative and relatively lean team. Furthermore, you will manage high priority projects across the group, including policy development and ongoing process improvements, working directly with key stakeholders across the organisation as a trusted adviser and partner to the business.

More specifically, you will be responsible for managing compensation initiatives, such as salary assessments, market comparisons, tailored pay structures, incentive programs, and policy enhancements. You will actively stay informed about Rewards and People development and business trends that might influence compensation strategies, ensuring timely dissemination of relevant details within the team. You will also deliver bespoke market insights, grounded in reliable benchmarking data, to provide Senior Management with a clear understanding of the company\xe2\x80\x99s pay market standing.

You will collaborate with the Head of Compensation during pay and bonus evaluations, overseeing data reporting and streamlining data management processes. Additionally, you will coordinate annual salary surveys, partnering with the compensation, HR, and business teams to guarantee prompt and accurate submissions. You will execute job assessments using the designated evaluation systems, such as Hay or Willis Towers, as required as well as providing offer guidance on performance-based pay plans.

As a SME on the Reward function, you will remain updated on compensation trends within the industry via literature, attending relevant forums, and participating in specific surveys. You will also cultivate a robust network with pivotal associates within and outside the organization, while also championing knowledge-sharing and best practices with external professional connections, when beneficial.

This individual will be an accomplished Total Rewards Assistant Manager and/ or C&B Specialist with excellent knowledge of Compensation, Benefits and HR Data Analytics (6-10+ years preferred). You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills operating as an internal consultant, as well as strong HR MI Analytics experience, being able to manage and enhance sometimes manual C&B processes. Degree level educated, preferably within HR is preferred.

This position is hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home.
