Ensure approved projects are executed on time and on budget, through optimal resource allocation and systematic implementation Support communication efforts with design, development, delivery and management of communications during the program. Assess the program impact with impact analyses (Metrics, Indicators, ROI etc), Assessing current and future state readiness and identify key stakeholders. Act as a valued partner and liaison with internal IT and Business teams involved in driving digital initiatives. Support training efforts by provide documentations support the design and delivery of training programs. Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics. Support and engage senior leaders. Coordinate efforts with other specialists. Track and report issues. Requirement: Degree in Business or equivalent. Strong analytical and project management skills, able to deliver under pressure in a dynamic environment. Able to present ideas clearly and persuasively at an individual and group level. Critical thinker and creative problem solver. Good project management skills and keen attention to details. Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects. Strong interpersonal skills required to manage and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Team player, multi-tasker, open to challenges and resilient to change.
