What the role is:
We are looking for a creative and digital marketing-savvy individual to join us. As part of the marketing team, you will have the opportunity to tell stories via a myriad of platforms - web, mobile, electronic direct mailers (EDMs), social media and all things digital. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, and have the challenge of converting complex concepts and ideas into accessible and engaging pieces for various target audiences. You will take the lead in shaping the organisation\'s brand strategy and communications strategies for our platforms, content and campaigns. What you will be working on:
Work with respective internal estate product teams to develop and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, build relevant microsites and optimize user experience Build strong relationships and partnerships with content partners. Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where needed
What we are looking for:
Background in Business, Communications or related field. At least 5 years of experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, paid social/or display advertising campaigns Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Good knowledge of website and marketing analytic tools (GA4, SEMRush, Omniture, etc) Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Strong command of English language Knowledge in Sitecore, GA4, Tableau, branding, video production, design and UX/UI will be advantageous. (Applicants will be required to submit their writing portfolio.)
